About Me
I am a current student at Baylor University studying broadcast journalism with minors in corporate communications and history. Also, I am a member of the Honors College within the Honors Program and the Baylor Interdisciplinary Core. I am on track to graduate in May of 2026. Originally from Los Angeles, CA, I am now based in Waco, TX.

I currently work as a broadcast reporter and anchor for Lariat TV News at Baylor. I have a responsibility to pitch story ideas about local news, report on scene and film clips for packages and VOSOTS, edit footage to create stories and anchor weekly newscasts. Outside of my job at LTVN, I also enjoy writing poetry and have published my first collection on Amazon titled "everything i didn't say". One of the poems in the book will also be feature in Baylor's literary magazine, The Pheonix. On top of that, I am involved in Baylor's Tri Delta Chapter as a member of the public relations committee and banner committee. I am also involved in Baylor's Honors Residential College leadership team as a public relations committee member, helping create content for their social media and newsletters.
After my role as a sportscaster and news anchor in high school, I fell in love with broadcast journalism and feel blessed to have the ability to pursue my career goal of becoming an on-scene reporter. I deeply value the role of journalism in democracy and have a passion for unique storytelling through broadcast. I maintain an emphasis on ethical, empathetic reporting and place each at the centerfold of my work in the field. In addition, I love the creativity sparked through videography and photography and have started a senior photography business to pursue that passion on the side, which you can view more of at the tab above.
